The highlight of the movie is their chemistry, along with the archetypal characters that they play. Out of all the movie’s characters, I would have to say that their performances are the best.

Critics say the show is a mediocre example of a family drama, suggesting it does not compare to better made shows. The series doesn't seem to rise above the expected trends of the genre and provides a binge worthy soap opera experience for its viewers. Some supporting characters are difficult to empathize with as their inclusion can feel more like a means to an end rather than fully developed characters.
